These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TryReviewMate LLC (“Reviewmate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our review management software, automation tools, messaging features, and related services (the “Services”).
We license the use of our Services to you under these Terms. We do not sell the Services, and we remain the owner of the Platform and Services at all times.

“Review Mate” and related names, marks, logos, and content are trademarks and copyrighted property of TryReviewMate LLC.
By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You are at least 18 years of age or legally emancipated
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken through your account. Any activity conducted using your account will be deemed to be your responsibility.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or Services where misuse, abuse, non-compliance, or legal risk is identified.
We may provide free or trial access to certain Services. Trial access may be revoked at any time and remains subject to these Terms.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be displayed within the Platform. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services. Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
You represent and warrant that all data, content, and contact information uploaded by you:
Has been lawfully obtained
Complies with all applicable privacy, marketing, and messaging laws
Includes valid consent where required, including for SMS communications
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the legality of any contact data you upload or use within the Platform.
You agree not to use the Platform or Services:
For unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
To send spam, unsolicited, or non-consensual communications
To violate TCPA, CTIA, carrier policies, or A2P 10DLC requirements
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, harassment, or misuse of messaging features.
By providing a mobile phone number through our Platform and expressly opting in, you consent to receive A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS messages from TryReviewMate LLC.
Opt-in may occur via:
Website forms with consent checkboxes
Account registration
Calendar or appointment booking
Written or electronic agreements
Keyword-based opt-ins
You acknowledge that you must not submit phone numbers for which you do not have valid consent.
Where SMS functionality is used to request reviews on behalf of a business that uses the ReviewMate platform, the customer provides their mobile number directly to that business during a service interaction and consents to receive review request text messages from that business. ReviewMate delivers those messages on the business’s behalf and does not purchase, rent, or share these numbers.
Messages may include:
Account notifications
Review requests
Appointment reminders
Service updates
Customer support messages
Marketing or promotional messages (only where separately consented)
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where SMS functionality is enabled as part of our Services:
You act as the data controller
We act as the data processor / platform provider
You remain fully responsible for compliance with applicable messaging laws for any campaigns you initiate.
We reserve the right to suspend SMS functionality if carrier violations, complaints, or compliance risks are identified.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain our exclusive property. No rights are transferred except the limited license granted under these Terms.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryReviewMate LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including messaging carrier actions, filtering, blocking, or delivery failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold TryReviewMate LLC harmless from claims arising out of:
Your misuse of the Services
Your failure to obtain valid SMS consent
Violations of messaging, privacy, or consumer protection laws
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with Utah courts.
